BPI Bulok!

I dunno if I am the only who's been experiencing this kind of service from BPI. For the past few months na inabot ng pag-aaply ko ng account sa kanila for mobile and internet banking up to this moment na ginagawa ko to, they did not give me the satisfaction that I am looking for. Pagse-send ng MPIN thru my celphone na lang ang hinihintay ko para matapos ko na ang process para mapadali ang banking ko. But it seems more horrendous ang kinahihinatnan. Hindi pa nila nasesend yung MPIN ko since yesterday na sabi 24 hrs. lang dadating na yung MPIN pero up to now wala pa? I even called their customer hotline pero hanggang ngayn wala pa rin. Kung hindi lang ito ang malapit na bangko samin hindi ko ito pagtyatyagaan eh.

BPI Limay Bataan Branch,please do something about this?!

Upgrade your facilities. Kaya hindi tayo umasenso eh panay mabagal ang sistema.
